AC Milan want Musonda on loan

AC Milan are reportedly exploring ways to take highly rated Chelsea winger, Charly Musonda on loan for the rest of the season. Gazzetta Dello Sport claim a loan deal could be on the cards before the transfer window slams shut.

But Chelsea boss Antonio Conte would rather keep hold of the 20-year-old but his absence during Saturday’s FA Cup win over Brentford aroused suspension that the Italian is ready to let Musonda move away on loan one more time.

In the last two seasons Musonda played for Real Betis where he made a total of 24 appearances in La Liga.

Chelsea agree fee with Atletico Madrid for Costa

Chelsea Football Club this afternoon announced that they have agreed a deal with Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid subject to the agreement of personal terms and a medical. Chelsea bought Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid for £32m and it's believed that Costa will cost his former club £18m more than they sold him three years ago. A Chelsea statement read: "Chelsea Football Club has today agreed terms with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of Diego Costa. "The transfer will be subject to the agreement of personal terms and a medical." Atletico said: "Atletico de Madrid and Chelsea have reached an initial agreement for the transfer of Diego Costa.
