Manolas urges Nianggolan to join Chelsea

AS Roma's Greek defender, Kostas Manolas has urged his Roma's team mate, Radja Nianggolan to consider joining a bigger club if he is to be considered as one of the best midfielders in world football.

Nianggolan has had offers in the past from Chelsea but he refused to leave Roma and the City of Rome for London.

Manolas thinks he should overcome his fear of bad weather in England if he wants to play for one of the best clubs in European football.


“Nainggolan doesn’t like the rain, but he is among the best midfielders in the world and has to get accustomed to that too if he wants to play in the best teams,” the Greek central defender told Mediaset Premium, as reported by Football Italia.
“He can do it, because he’s a phenomenon.
“Let’s be honest, we’re not up to the standard of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.”
