Tony Pulis hails Chelsea

As Chelsea gear-up for the much anticipated clash against West Brom tomorrow night, which could see them crowned Champions with a victory. West Brom manager, Tony Pulis has nothing but praise for the Champions in-waiting.

"You’ve got to give Chelsea great credit for being in with a chance of a double. They’ve been the most consistent team in the league this year. We’ll give it our best we’ve a resposnsibility to our fans. We could still finish in eighth and so we’ve got a lot to play for, Whether they celebrate on our pitch or Stamford Bridge they deserve to be where they are at the moment"

It took a late Diego Costa's solo goal to beat West Brom when they visited Stamford Bridge. Conte and his boys will know how hard it is to beat them at home as Chelsea have only won there once in last fight outings.

Chelsea fans still hope for the best, to celebrate as the league champions by the end of the match.

Chelsea agree fee with Atletico Madrid for Costa

Chelsea Football Club this afternoon announced that they have agreed a deal with Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid subject to the agreement of personal terms and a medical. Chelsea bought Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid for £32m and it's believed that Costa will cost his former club £18m more than they sold him three years ago. A Chelsea statement read: "Chelsea Football Club has today agreed terms with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of Diego Costa. "The transfer will be subject to the agreement of personal terms and a medical." Atletico said: "Atletico de Madrid and Chelsea have reached an initial agreement for the transfer of Diego Costa. "The agreement is pending the formalisation of the contract between our club and the Spanish international forward.
