Conte hails Fabregas for his performance against Swansea

Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte has hailed the contributions of Cesc Fabregas in Chelsea's team either as a starter or as a substitute.

Fabregas posted another fine performance which he capped with a goal including hitting the cross bar and forcing Fabianski to make a great save.

Cesc Fabregas could only dream of starting two games in a row is succeeding in making team selection difficult for manager, Antonio Conte.
